My passion for design was sparked during the launch of Paytm in India a payment app that transformed everyday transactions.

I was fascinated to see how seamlessly it connected everyone, from fruit vendors to college students to business owners. This sparked my curiosity about how thoughtful design can drive efficiency and accessibility for such diverse users.

I then fell in love with the concept of design thinking and solving problems. I realised that we are all designers at some point in our day whether it’s a school kid finding a clever shortcut or a scientist solving complex challenges. That’s when I knew I truly loved design: being able to think like an engineer while also making things beautiful like an artist.
